I found my first 30-Day-Challenge! Water, water, drink enough water! Why this challenge? Because I often have headaches and it is very likely it is because I don't drink enough water through the day. Also, it seems to me that this challenge is not too difficult to start with.
For years, I wanted to drink enough water, but I cannot stick with it. I forget to drink, often I just ignore the thirst, because I just got a bigger fish to fry. Now I 'm going to focus on this one goal for a month until drinking enough water turns into a real habit. But the question arises: how much water should I drink? I would like to specify a value, to which I can hold on.
This is Sina!

Thinking about my blood levels
I admit it - my blood values are boring. Nothing exciting to see... Thankfully! I did not want anything exciting to be found in my blood ...
My better half and I, we have been living vegan for some time now, at least 90% of the time (if we are with friends we sometimes let our resolutions slip) and therefore we have decided to regularly check our blood.
I would honestly have thought that I have worse blood levels, simply because I'm really not the perfect vegan, even though I write a lot about healthy diets. When I work, there are times I just skip meals, because I'm in the writing flow. When the children are home, I fail to eat, because I am shooed around from these little tyrants. In general it would not surprise me if I soon look like how many people imagine a typical vegan: emaciated!

Change your life with 30-day challenges
I'm working to improve my life - to become the best version of myself - and that's fun, but I have too many ideas and concepts that I would prefer to implement all at once. The result is that I try things out for one or two days, but then I can not integrate them permanently into my everyday life.
This should now come to an end. I become a 30-day Challenger!

How I use my morning routine to boost my productivity
I have read and heard repeatedly that successful people have developed a good morning routine (for example, Tim Ferriss). This does not refer to the activities in the bathroom or at breakfast, but the fact that these people start their day by doing something for themselves in peace before they dedicate themselves to the outside world.
It's not that easy for me with the morning routine, because this is heavily dependent on the fact that I have three children that have to get a proper breakfast and must be out of the house at a certain time. Fortunately, my husband can care about himself alone:-)
Now I had a new idea (actually a common recommendation). How about if I just get up earlier? Imagine that you have already reached the most important goals of the day before the kids are even out of the house?

Properly clean up clockwise!
I admit it: that's not the most exciting blog post, but those things also have to be done. How can we save the world if our booth looks like hell? I need time to work, but have to get my apartment done, particularly because I work at home. I can not concentrate with all this stuff lying around.

Vegan chocolate buttermilk cake
Yesterday we had a kids birthday party and I took the opportunity to veganize one of our favorite cake recipes. Usually I'm not the recipe sharing kind of girl but this one is so simple and delicious I cannot resist: if you'd like an cruelty-free chocolate buttermilk cake. Here you go!
